    Free Disk Imaging Software?

Thanks very much. I will check it out. I ended up intalling 7 yesterday without imaging and I learned that the install most likely images the vista install as I had to give it a few tries as it failed and "restored" vista. This was probably the most painless install of a MS OS ever for me.

    Free Disk Imaging Software?

I am going to try Windows 7 this weekend and upgrade from Vista Home Premium SP2. I have several hard drives and use one for the OS only. I want to image this to another drive in case I need to restore to vista. I have Ghost 14 but I find it incredibly bulky and hard to use. A long time ago...

Wireless Keyboard/Mouse - What to get?

Thanks for the tip. Although this looks to be a good deal, I ended up going with the Microsoft Elite BT Keyboard/Mouse Combo. The reviews on the Rocketfish all described an annoying lag, something I did not want to deal with.

Wireless Keyboard/Mouse - What to get?

I am looking for a new wireless keyboard and mouse combo. This will be mostly used for general computing and some gaming. I prefer bluetooth, but could live with RF. What are you guys using, have used, read about, etc.? Thanks, LJ

Help with minimum FPS -> 8800GTX SLI vs GTX260

I can't comment on the GTX260, but I recently installed a second 8800 GTX (I paid $175 on ebay) and I play everything at 1920x1200 with 4-8 AA and gameplay rocks, smooth as silk. This includes every game in the HL Orange Box. The only game I can't play at 1920*1200 full spec is Crysis. 16x AA...

    Could be a Dell thing.

    Is 1.575 volts too high - QX6850

    CPU-Z = 1.575, it does not move.

    Is 1.575 volts too high - QX6850

Trouble is the Dell bios will only go up and down in increments of 333, so going down means 3.337. The temps at this level are only 5 degrees less min max.

Some pictures of the air cooler on the XPS 720: Heatsink This is an XPS 710, but the same air cooler on the 720 (scroll up a few lines in the thread): http://www.totalgamingnetwork....owthread.php?p=2060634

    Is 1.575 volts too high - QX6850

I'm pretty impressed with this system as well for a Dell pre-built. I too was thinking if Dell forces the vcore up with every tick of the multiplier then it must be the way to go. I was surprised there was a section in the manual on overclocking. Dell has come a long way. EDTI - I may see...

    Is 1.575 volts too high - QX6850

Well, speedstep is disabled in the BIOS, however, I do see the chip throttle up and down in CPU-Z. Is this what speedstep is?? I am just now getting an education on speedstep (google). I asked a few question last night on another board on whether to enable or disable in the BIOS and the advice...

    Is 1.575 volts too high - QX6850

Unfortunately, the voltage is correct. I have a Dell XPS system with "Overclocking" ability in the BIOS. Long story, but I am happy with the system although I have a long history of building, but am just getting back into, hence all the questions. The voltage is automatically assigned by the...
