Why is it that Nvidia holds value more over AMD?

I vote yes, for one reason - story. Adding more character types gives the story writers more potential depth to work with. Games are an artistic medium, and its time we start treating it as one, rather than turning our heads away whenever a controversial topic comes up.

Upgrade From Gtx 670 3 way sli to Gtx 770 3 way sli

Also keep in mind that next gen titles also (seemingly) have a much better performance/graphics ratio thanks to DX11. The UE4 Infiltrator was confirmed to be running off a single GTX680.

Gtx 680 sli 2gig upgrade to 780 sli...please help me decide!!!!!

I don't think people will be disappointed per say. There has never once, in the history of gaming, been a console that was better than a high end PC at he time of its release. The majority of people who are planning on buying a PS4 on release are most likely going to be console gamers, not PC...

Critque the new gaming PC

Personally, I would rather drop the SSD and get a 1Tb HDD instead, and take the surplus to get a GTX760 over a GTX660. Games won't load as fast, but will play at a much higher framerate, making the system far more futureproof for the same amount of money.

True. Thankfully, changing the flip queue size (AMD) or pre rendered frames (Nvidia) has the potential to mitigate input lag. It works great in Planetside 2 :)

Fortunately, not everyone shares your opinion about 30 fps playability. But that's not the real issue here. Most game developers won't, or can't, invest the money required for graphics on or above the graphical standard that BF3 brings to the table. The games that do have those level of graphics...
