2500+ at 3200+ overclock failure - for the record

why not just up the FSB to 200 (400DDR), you may have to increase the vcore. My XP2400+ lives at 2300MHz 306FSB.

Bizarr: More FSB gets less Score

Inferion memory, sorry Infinieon, isn't the best at overclocking, and if you increase the FSB, if set to SPD, it will increase your Cas Latency.

850Mhz T-bird only does 928Mhz, why?

I locked a Duron 850 (in the short time that I had one, after my Athlon 1.33 died) by setting the FSB to 133, so I simple removed the cmos battery, unplugged it, waited a minute. Plugged everything back in again and it worked, and topped out at 950MHz (Multiplier changing only)

What PCI card is everyone using with their AIW 9700 for dual monitor support?

get a DVI-VGA adapter and run 2 monitors on almost all modern ATi cards

Which is the better card for game performance?

Although I'm an ATI fan, chose the 5600 Ultra over the standard, simple answer, the ultra is faster, although a 9600 Pro would be better value, i'm unsure how they would fare in a Linux enviroment.

19 Monitor (CRT)

I'd get one capable of 1280*1024 at 85Hz, my Proview 19" sits happily at 1280*960 (4:3) at 85Hz. 75Hz will hurt your eyes after a while.
