I think iTunes can do what you want actually. If you create a smart playlist and sort it by genre or another other field you can make some good mixes.

Definitely FFXI. It's already established, has two expansion packs and you're going to go through a lot of updates and changes when WOW comes out (just like any other massive multiplayer when it first comes out.

Try to remove the flash plugin and re-download it. I've had the problem in the past. I've also had a similar problem and it turned out to be an IE issue.

Could require a defrag if you installed a lot of apps and moved a lot of files around or even some spyware (if you've been using the laptop online).

Another approach would be to set up the login or security rather from the folder level and instead of logging into the excel file, the login would be required to access the folder that the file is in.
You may be able to write a script or batch file to do the rest.
