Explorer Search Not Working

I'm on Win XP pro, and for some reason, when Windows Explorer is open, the Search button won't work when I click it. Everything else works. It just won;t let me search for files. Any ideas? Thanks

Time Management Software

Can anyone recommend some brands of time management software that can track client billing, employee utilization for multiple users? I've heard of Timeslips, but are there others? Alternatively, if can recommend a site that reviews them, that'd be great as well. Thanks

How to Copy Profiles?

Is there a simple way to copy someone's profile? Is it as simple as copying their profile within the Document and Settings folder into the new one? Separately, is this where a roaming profile on the Win2K3 server would work best? Thanks
