you got your problem solved or not yet/ maybe you can try install : MPEG4 Video Codec, which you can find from: http://divx.ctw.cc/...hope this will work for you

hi, there, maybe it will be better after you update the DirectX (DirectX 7.0a) and DXMedia (DirectX Media 6.0), you can get it from microsoft or: http://cine1.webjump.com/select install guide you will be able to read some information. Hope it will help you.
