Alright, so I finally found it. You have to open the application (or double click the RAR file) and click the "Extract To" button. Then go to the Advanced tab and the options are right there.

that is strange, because I AM using 6.3.1.20 and I still cant burn my cds over 32X (although I have seen the menu option for 48X before I put a cd in. As for DVDs, I've only been able to burn 4X Ritek media at 4X. I havent done a software check to see if they are G04 or what not.
