No Win 11 as the I7-7820HK is not supported and I didn't want to do the work arounds on this particular device. I'll try to see if I can find out from MS.
Do I understand correctly that all I need to do is reset the OS and then go into my MS account and deregister the device? Will that then allow the buyer to have a valid license to activate? This laptop came with Windows 10 installed however I don't remember if it was home that I paid to...
You should see the POS HP ProBook X360's they sell to schools. HP wants to sell you the entire display assembly for $400.00 when students break the touch screen, hinges, or LCD which they do endlessly. The laptops cost around $550.00 new which makes the decision fairly easy to pass on their...
I'm holding off on my 2 I7-7700 devices to see if they relent on not providing updates otherwise they will just stay at 10. That is really my only concern with using the registry key to allow installation.

When went home with the intention of trying one of these 2 solutions it was back as available in the SmartThings app. This was nice as i hate to toggle the breaker as my house wiring was evidently done by electricians on drugs as there is no logic to the things any one breaker controls. IIRC...
I have a GE smart light switch that controls a light outside my basement slider. It suddenly appears as unavailable in the Smart Things app and when I tell the Echo to turn it off/on it says it is unavailable as well yet the light turns on/off on command. Any idea what would cause this?
