either of these a good LCD??

Hehehe, now I am tortured by this 2 lcd, 1760NX and 1901FP. Some ppl said look by spec while some others said use your eyes to judge them... Well, I am pure gamer(MMORPG, UT2K3, WarCraft3). So which one should I choose??? :confused: Linglan

Unable to format with P4S533

don't know if this will help but maybe your CD is bad :P (well, can't say it is bad... let's just say not compatible :P) happen to me once, can't install XP after formatted the HD. Always get the same error as your described. Change to another copy of WinXP CD, installation went fine :) Linglan

From what I heard, you can position your USB NIC to have better reception. Other than that, I think they are all the same. Linglan

Windows XP won't remeber my network setting.

I am using D-Link 713P router with Orinoco USB NIC and I can't get Windows XP to remeber my setting to connect to internet. Everytime I boot up, my NIC will tell me that there is a "no wireless network availible" but it is there is one show in the config, I have to manually click "Connect" to...

Not enough power when USB NIC doesn't turn on when boot up?

Here is the wierd part: if I use USB NIC along, it will not always boot up. But if I use it with my Strategy Commander USB connect to USB port, it will always boot up. Go figure... :P Linglan

Fast SCSI DVD-ROM and CDRW?

For SCSI DVD, you need to check Pioneer. For the SCSI CDRW, Sanyo BP5 is last real scsi model, 24/10/32 or 24/10/40. I forgot. :) Linglan

Not enough power when USB NIC doesn't turn on when boot up?

Just wondering. I have a Orinoco USB NIC but sometimes when I boot up my computer, the power led on USB NIC doesn't turn on. If I replug it back in USB port, it still shows no power. Only when I turn off my computer, replug USB then restart the computer and it will work. Is it because my power...

Help: deciding wireless network product

oops, mistake. For wireless router, I mean. This is what I read on Newsgroup, MSN Messenger in XP use UPNP for its video/audio to work. Without that UPNP support, no matter which port you opened, it will not work. Below are the wireless one that support UPNP but again, reading from the newsgroup...

Just check now, 7:30, the deal seems to be dead, they fix the error I guess :P 100-433004 is for Radeon 9000 100-434004 is for Radeon 9700 I guess those cancellations are just excuse for their mistake. Linglan

well, if you want to msn Messenger in XP, you choice will be limited to D-Link and Linksys, only these 2 companies support UPNP... :( Linglan

Same old question, SMC 7004 and MSN Messenger in XP

Basiclly it doesn't work. :( Put the computer that's going to do voice and video communication on DMz(somelike) but still no video or audio. Another thing is that when I check my connection in messenger, it writes that I am not behind firewall and it is direct connect. So anything I can do...
