Should I buy a AMD 939 system or wait for the newer chips?

you can always get awesome deals on 939 gear in the used / for sale forums. good performance gear for used prices. if that is a concern.

Which Logitech Harmony remote?

I've had a couple of Harmony remotes, and I switched to the Harmon Kardon remote. Basically the same as a Harmony (interface and looks) but more powerful IR output. No longer finicky to have the remote pointed directly at the device. Whatever one you decide on, I'd get one with more "hard"...

I got mine from mwave, confirm (again) it is a rebadged GTX 1.1ns RAM. Awesome card. Just learning about video card overclocking, if you have any tips let me know where to begin. I have overclocked my opteron twice, but never a video card.

Never going to ZZF or Mwave again

If it helps not having to deal with unwanted solicitations, then I'll do it. Haven't had the issue with newegg (yet) but if they are reasonable (like having a privacy policy, accepting CC authorization) then I don't see a problem. About to place the order with Mwave (see above post).
