ASP and COM object problem. Help!

That's the thing, though. I have the DLL in the system32 directory and I still get the "File not found" error. Do I need to make sure that the COM object is looking there with the GetSystemDirectory() function to find it there or should it automatically find it there regardless? SOrry if I'm...

What does AGP apeture do?

Thanks! I have mine set to 64Mb, so I'm assuming that should be plenty in conjuction with the 128Mb my board already has. On a side note: Just thinking for a second....my graphics board has 200 times the memory my first computer (IBM PS/2 Model 30) had. That just blows my mind to think how...

What does AGP apeture do?

The subject pretty much is the question. What is AGP apeture and what does it do? I know where it is in my BIOS but I've never touched it. I have a G4 TI4600, so what's a good value for it to be set at?

Converting Zip 100 Disk to Zip 250 Disk...is it possible?

That covers the drive hardware, but what about the disk itself? If you could fool the drive into thinking the disk is a 250MB disk, could it be formatted as one? That's essentially what you do by punching a hole in a low density floppy. Anyway, I've got enough spare Zip 100 disks sitting...

Converting Zip 100 Disk to Zip 250 Disk...is it possible?

I'm just wondering if it's possible. About the only thing I've noticed that's different between the two is that the Zip 250 has the reflector covered. Are they machanically or electrically different in any other way? I'd like to convert my old Zip Disks if possible.

ASUS A7V33 voltage question.

This maybe off topic, but I have an ASUS A7V33. I've just noticed that when I look at the voltage monitor in the ASUS Probe program that my 12 volt line is at 13.184 volts. There isn't an alert about it or anything, so I have two questions. 1) Does anyone have ideas as to why that is so high...

raid question... :)

The Promise chip on the ASUS A7V333 motherboard will only work with hard drives. I tried to plug in CD/DVD/CD-RW drives when I was putting my computer together and nothing was detected. You can, however, use it to either control a RAID array or to control individual hard disks. :)
