Doesnt seem to allow attachments here. Here is a link to the error. I get it everytime I try to download a file in IE or try a "Save As"

I started getting this error when trying to download files in IE 6. This was before SP2 was installed. I had hoped SP2 would fix it but it didnt. Any ideas to why I get this error everytime I try to download within IE 6?
