will agp8x be a have a big difference on the geforcefx?

My Radeon 9700pro is cruz'n on agp 4x, and even though the Geforce FX will be faster I doubt it will take advantage of the extra bandwidth, because the 9700pro doesn't. Looney

Nvidia's NV30 Will Use DDR II Memory Clocked At 1GHz

Do you think video cards are up-side down?
