I am trying to find client software for a Shiva 3105 VPN Gateway. I was given this VPN, I managed to get in and reset its passwords yet I need the VPN client software to connect. I tried the website, however a support contract must exist. The product is end-of-life, I would just like to fool...

USB ACTIVE EXTENSION

You should be able to find an 'active usb cable'. We needed one for that purpose and purchased via web. Works fine!

CPU COOLING ISSUE

I seem to have the same temp/noise issue. Can you please tell me how loud those volcano's are? I would ideally like something more quiet especially due to having 2 heatsinks/fans. Please advise, thanks!

Well time has passed and I have a job now. I got a level 1 position involving tech support across Canada, installs/repairs/fixes, and various other projects. I'll work my way up as well as continue to obtain certs. Thanks everyone for all the help. Peace

Hi JFG, Try with the RDP or Terminal Services Client. Try to find out if the Terminal Services works as a service in its most basic form and then troubleshoot upwards. Are you able to login on the local lan but not via the internet? Black Hole Router at MS Good luck! Let us know what...

Try to lower your MAX MTU settings on your router. Lower it slowly and test, you might have a 'black hole' router? Might be worth a shot. Peace!

Baystack 303 Switch
