The printer Nightmare in NT4

I have a small printserver running at my office that currently has 2 printers, hence 2 parallel ports. I wish to add a third, so I went out and purchased a relatively inexpencive Parallel port card. However it doesnt work. I have tried shuffling around various IRQs, however this has not worked...

What to do after the onboard keyboard port dies?

yes, it has USB! I made inquiries earlier about USB keyboards, I never got a definate answer if it would work, its goign to run win2k server, so USB should work. i guess i'll have to get one and see.

Small world isnt it? a few machine at our one of our sister companies got hit by this little virus -- another one of those dnetc installing worms.. although this isnt very important, the problem is it overrided a few of my rc5 clients on those machines :( I guess this a pretty wide spread virus

Windows Networking Over VPN

Does anyone know how to get windows networking to work over a VPN? the VPN itself works, adn I can log on with the client, access ips etc, however I need to know how to map a network drive, because this is the mission critical need. Thanks UUGH

Athlon 900 + biostar board CONSTANT lockups. H_E_L_P!

this is a somewhat odd thing that is happening to me. I have suspicions on what the cause is but am not sure. What happens is I try and boot a Biostar M7VKB Motherboard with an athlon 900 and voodoo3 (with NOTHING else attached) with a 300W athlon approved Power supply. what happens is it counts...

yay! this does help, because of cheap evil telephone companies who havent replaced phone lines in 35 years I get a good 1.9K/sec with my 56k modem. so everything is cripplingly slow
