Yeah, but LG was also believed to be developing their "NUCLUN 2" SoC on Intel's 14nm fab which was supposed to debut on the V10/V20 flagship line. Haven't heard anything about it since late 2015.

I saw that, didn't even feel like commenting on it. Any phone with a Mediatek processor is a no-go area for me. I don't care what other features such a phone has. My understanding is also that the HTC U Play won't be available in the US (and possibly Europe)?

best way to transfer photos from old iphone to iphone 7?

Your only choice is to upload those photos to Google Drive then. Select all the pictures and upload them to Google Drive. Or delete unnecessary files so you can update your 16GB iPhone to iOS 8 so you can use Google Photos.
