So anyways, been using it for over a week now, and really the only complaint I have is the view angle. Otherwise I love it. Also love the new headphone jack with volume control thats built in :-p.

This monitor is a rebadged Samsung SyncMaster 913N/915N with DVI added (same everything else.. including buttons). If you want more information about it, search for that model on google.
Its not quite as bad as it can only display 260k colors, I wouldn't be comfrotable with that either. Each pixel can only display 262k colors individually, so it uses hardware dithering. Unless you are pressed with your face against the screen, its unnoticible.

I think the colors are pretty good. Certainly not as nice as the viewsonic CRT I am retiring, but nice enough that I am not worried. I did a little bit of photo editing last night, and found it suprisingly accurate.

it allows you to change between DVI and analog on osd. haven't tested to see if it auto detects, but it did know I was using dvi... (don;t have an extra analog source to test) no Svideo input.
oh, the on screen display for the dell was nice, this one has a very very basic one. apparently hyundai did not use samsungs firmware unfortunatly, so no nice graphic menus... all the same (and expected) options though
