FWIW, I typically run about 50 miles per week, but when a half marathon is on the schedule I continue the same pace until two days prior. At that point I don't run for two days, but I will go for a few mile walk during those two days. I find after two days off my legs feel real strong and ready!
Also be aware that your going to have to reload Windows if your SATA controller is set to IDE mode in BIOS. If you set it to Raid, the system will no longer boot and a fresh install of windows is required.

Did this Mod today, luckily I was able to find all the parts needed locally. Ace hardware had all the #4 machine screws and bolts. I couldnt find nylock #4 bolts so I just used regular ones instead, they should hold ok. Also had to go with 3/4 inch long bolts, the didnt have the 5/8 or 9/16...
