Missing backplate...HELP !!

I try this here too......

Now it's working like a "new" CPU !!!!! I soldered pin 70 under a microscope (32X....), and mounted a new capacitor (C47), and there it was, working perfectly....... Am I good ?, or am I good ???? :-)) P....

I try this here too......

No, I cant return the CPU, but i didn't pay much for it.... it came together with some other stuff i bought used, and i kind of get this for (allmost) nothing at all..... and i think it would be worth it if i just find out the value on C47...... P....

I try this here too......

I think they have damaged this CPU removing the original fan, too put on something bigger/ better. I really dont know why, but i can see what missing on the CPU, and small scratches on the board (this is a Slot1 CPU...) P....

celeron 800 in Abit BH6 mobo work?

I used to run a Celeron 566@850 placed on a AOpen slotket on BH6, and it worked flawlessly (does this mean good ???), but not as fast as my current Duron 750@900..... There is a certain way to flash the BIOS so that you will be able to go higher than default voltage +0,2? V, but i cant remember...

Pro 2 & Intrusion Alarm?

I've got a similar problem, but it vent away when i installed PC-Alert III server. Now there is no problem at all, and the Intrusion field is disabled ! I think this function only works with MB, that incorporates an option i BIOS to enable/ disable this function (i.e. MS-6337 +?) K7T Pro2 Duron...
