First, the flashdrive is GPT ( and exFAT). Haven't seen OS optimization but I'll look again. Previously, F12 just gave same boot menu (only SSD since I disabled PXE boot).
Torn about updating bios since I've heard others had issues w/their OS in some cases. I'll image first.
Unfortunately...
Flashdrive does show in Disk Management. Have tried the novo button, same.
I'm thinking it may have to do with this bios being in 'Setup mode' but I cannot change that from it's drop down field. I'll try making the drive gpt.
Thank you Jimminy, VirtualLarry and Tech Junky.
Yes, as I said, enabled. Sure, I can access the usb when in windows 11. It needs some other setting to list in the boot menu. There is no 'Legacy' or CSM anywhere in this bios. Very confounding as the manual and lenovo support has no information.
This ones a real ah heck. I cannot boot anything but the OS on a LOQ 151RH8 because the bios will not allow 'usb boot' to list.
Only options that list in the boot menu are SSD or PXE boot. If ANYONE can assist with how to get bios ver LZCN34WW to list usb boot in the boot menu, that is the...
Haven't updated my W10 Pro pc since about March. Switched to a laptop. Any kb's I should not install? Anyone know of known problems - for the many, not the few - I should be aware of in the latest update?
Thank you.

Good discussion. Actually this was about a routine found on Youtube. An intermediate routine where they perport hitting the same muscle 4 days running, at 80%+ 1RM will yield major gains in strength & size. I didn't think so.
Just wanted to know I wasn't crazy.
Yeah some of the notable bodybuilding sites have tons of routines and advice yet at least a few are touting these kind of routines. Just makes no sense. If you were varying reps or weight or something maybe. Just wanted some consensus.
Thanks.
Many people can get results w/very little in the way of equipment. You can do a lot w/just dumbbells for instance. I sold my bench a while ago so last spring I used dumbbells and a barbell in the garage. Nothing bigger than 15 pound weights, did benches off the floor using crates and for...
How can you hit the same muscle multiple days in a row and get results w/o enough recovery? I've been eyeing a routine, but doing 80%+ your 1RM 4 days in a row just makes no sense to me. I've never run across a single scientific paper showing you can get growth or strength by hitting a muscle...
From my limited knowledge: When trying to re-use HDDs from a Seagate NAS I found they had some propriatary software(?) and could not be utilized, even to just try & grab data.
Did you have any luck?
If you get past the PXe boot error I'd be more concerned w/the CLEAN procedure than the partitioning conversion. You may be able to get back to square one if you don't do anything further at this point. Not familiar w/your manufacturers' reset. I'd read up carefully before doing anything else.
