Doom 3 doesn't run on ti200 :(

haha my definition of "fine" is simply just playable. I'm not expecting 40 fps with an oudated Ti200. Yeah it gets choppy when some goons come out directly in front of me, or when I have to walk through doors, but it's not absolutely unbearable. Haha, by no means am I saying it's running at...

haha wait a sec, im at the part where i have to manually send the message through satellite cuz the comm center was destroyed by those 2 guys. hahaha so im nowhere near done? hahahah i thought i'd be AT LEAST 1/4 way done.

hahaha how weird...i have: athlon 2500+ barton 512 pc3200 ddr geforce 3 ti200 and im running doom 3 on: 1024x768 medium quality i dunno how many fps im getting yet, but it plays fine. it gets a little choppy when i open doors, but its pretty tolerable. all the advanced settings are on...

What settings do you run Doom3 at?

1024x768 medium quality ...geforce 3 ti200...hahaha, its a lil choppy when i go through doors but other than that, its actually not that bad. i've overclocked it a lil bit (around 210/430)...hahaha, but as soon as my 9800se comes in and i successfully softmod it (hopefully..), ill repost again.

lol, spending just as much on the video card as the rest of the computer? =p heh, personally, i'd go with the 9600 pro...especially the sapphire one i saw on bensbargains for around 144 (something like that, it was pretty cheap)

it sucks to be under such stringent rules, but if you're in their house, then you have to show some respect and listen to them. love ur parents man, listen to them, compromise for them, and try ur best to be a good kid. sadly enough to say, you never know when ur parents wont be around anymore.
