Both drives are the same.
Western Digital are just charging more money for the Raptor X because they believe there are a few guys out there who will be watching their expensive hard disk in action alot.

I got the Sony SDM-X93 today but I haven't opened the box and tested it yet. Do you think the HX93 is a better monitor than the X93? Should I change it?
Well I ordered the 40GB hard disk but dell offered a free upgrade to 60GB 4200 RPms.
It is okay as I planned to sell it anyway and the 60GB is worth more than the 40GB hard disk. I sold the 60GB 4200 RPms to a local store and paid extra for the 60GB 7200 RPms. It was money well spent.

That was from my previous system with the Asus P4PE.
I was too quick to just change the motherboard info and forgot about the memory part.
I was using the Asus P4PE previously.
sorry guys.
The voltages are nice.
IN the bios the CPU vcore is 1.55V (which is just accurate). The northwood 3.06ghz runs at 1.55V by the way.
However, the Asus PC Probe shows a reading of 1.63V sometimes and then drops to 1.56V and then goes back up to 1.61V or 1.63V.
No I am going to keep this one.
I have so many people asking me to selling them my board.
I will not.
I know that the retail board will be selling for $250. At least that is the price that we are told here in Hong Kong.
Trust me, Granite Bay is not all that what we thought it would be.
I am not all the impressed. We are better of using the INtel 845PE motherboard which costs half as much as the Granite Bay and you don't even need to buy two sticks of rams.
I have 2 sticks of 512megs Corsair XMS 3500 CAS2.
