NEW CPU!

Man, I have this friend who it seems doesn't know much about putting a computer together. He first fried his first CPU and now he put his ram in backward and fried it and his mobo... Anyway, he let me "borrow" his cpu since now he has no RAM and motherboard to run it on ;)... I'm trying to...

Of the KT266a's (MSI, and Epox) what's better

Do i really need USB 2.0? I was going to get the RAID version, but im probably not going to use it. Is it really needed? If not then I might just get the non-RAID version...unless i really need usb 2.0. Thanks!
