ak31 wont shut off HELPPPPP

the ak31 board goes on and off when i shut off windows but it also does that when i stripped it bare with only the cpu and the power cord plugged in. so i dont think the OS or any device is causing it other than the mobo itself or the cpu....i test the power supply besides being a little under...

I have a problem, my shuttle ak31 wont shut off. It continuously power on for half a second than power off. It only powers down entirely when I cut off its power. It has no problem powering all the way up when I turn on the comp(pushing the front power button). It still does that when it is...

netgear sux, the one i have wasted hours of my time, caused my comp to freeze when ever its linked(win98 to ME) and its not campatible with win2k, on the otherr hand the klingston worked just fine
