Data totals 19GB of 64gb boot drive, but only 14GB free space available

I've used a Samsung 830 64GB only as the OS drive and put everything else on other drives. All the folders on C: total 19GB but I only have 14GB free to use. Some invisible data is taking up 46GB of my SSD. Any ideas? Pic of what I'm seeing http://postimage.org/image/igxoc24wz/

Are dual-gpu cards treated as SLI by software (no just games)?

I'm considering SLI - Does microstutter always occur?

Does a dual-gpu card process frames like a single-gpu card? Meaning, does it run into the same SLI problems as a true SLI setup since two GPUs are at work? Being on one PCB fixes that? For Vram issues, the 690 has just 2gb (x2). But one could get two 4gb 670 or 680s and have a higher Vram...
