How do i enable my new secondary hard drive

no, i have no partitioned or formatted this... normally you can right click and enable, then i would format from my computer... but i am unable to right click... any ideas?

thanks... got another problem.... i can see the secondary hard drive, the status says online but its unknown whereas the primary disk is basic.... any ideas?

the hyperlinks dont go anywhere, i just get the following message: Hyperlinks can be harmful to your computer and data. To protect your computer, click only those hyperlinks from trusted sources, do you want to continue? YES NO? Is there a setting with Excel that i can turn this stupid...
