Now -> 3-4 Months: A64 4000+ vs X2 4400+ Which Chip?

Hi, I have a 4400 X2 at stock and overclocked speeds 2.61ghz i've never had any problems with BF2 locking up. The only problem i had was with wow coninuously dropping but that was fixed by setting the affinity to 1 cpu instead of both cores. It might not have been the cpu causing the lock ups.

well looks like i got a improper 4 pin fan instead of a 3pin fan so sending it back :/

I've just bought a Vapochill micro high end heat sink and fan but it has a 4 pin connector, so i'm stuck as i have no idea where i should plug it into my board which is a gigabyte GA-K8NXP-9 and the cpu fan socket on the board is only a 3 pin. The instructions don't really mention anything, can...

Which Lunix is better?

you can't really say a single package owns all, each have their own advantages and disadvantages. I use 5 different linux distros at work from DSL, debian, FC4, Unbuntu and Suse linux 10, and the most user friendly and noob friendly is probably suse but thats my opinion. Its very good for people...

You can't really have the best card, each one will have an area where one will better the other some where. So its all down to preference, i think overall the Nvidia will end up beating the ATi in some games and ATi beating the Nvidia in others. The Ati will probably have better visual quality...
