Whenever i boot up, it stays at at the windows 2000 loading screen for 2 min.and then proceeds. it takes longer than my 300 mhz cyrix processor to load.i built the system myself in august. iit also has 512 mb, 80 gb hardrive(maxtor). thanks

Ok, i need to open several ports to use my computer as a server in Far Cry. I have no clue how :) I have Windows 2000 pro... Thanks a lot.
BTW i searched google and found nothing for my ques. I only found how to close open ports to keep out hackers.

When i make a server in far cry, it shows up in the unknown/grey section. My friend said its the ports but i dont know how to open them... I have Norton Internet Secrurity 2002 and I tried disabling it but it doesnt work. Thanks.

I cant host a server in Far Cry Multiplayer. It shows up in the gray place and all of it says UNKNOWn and nobody can join. Any1 know Y? I click create server and launch. Is that all I need to do ?
