Which CPU for my new Dell Studio 15?

Either the T6600 or P8700. The T4300 is too slow. The T9600 costs far too much for too little of a game in performance.

Good Heatsink for a Core i5 SFF desktop?

You want to overclock in a SG01-F? Good luck to you. As I recall you have less than an inch of extra space in those cases for putting in a bigger cooler. I personally don't think it will work out very well. Just enjoy your turbo mode and leave it at that :-)

Considering a Move to Water

55 & 58 boards convergence...

I don't know of any reason you'd buy the Core i7 920 unless you feel you will have future need of possible LGA1366 upgrades in the future. The Core i7 860 is generally a better processor and motherboards are a bit cheaper.
