New Barebones Kit - DOA?

Thanks for the suggestions! Unfortunately, clearing the CMOS and making sure the CPU fan is plugged in to the right spot were some of the first things that I did to troubleshoot. Or so I thought. It turns out that resetting the CMOS is accomplished differently that the manual says. Instead...

My local RadioShack had it for $6.97 (item number 25-983). It's a discontinued item so it will be hard to find but 70% of the RadioShacks in my district had at least one of them as of last week.

I just picked up the last camera at Kits Camera (Seattle/Northgate) and the last of the palm sync cables at RadioShack (Seattle/UVillage; number 25-983). Total Cost: $18.78. The pictures really aren't that bad. I would say they're on-par with any other disposable camera. Certainly cheaper...
