Is there anything different that needs to be done to network a vist comptuer and an xp computer on a wireless network? I was having difficulty setting up a computer network, sharing files, etc...., the regular "File, Properties, Sharing," - or even setting up both on a network. Is there one...

i ran MemTest86 v 3.1 it went through 7 tests without problems. so the HDD may not be the issue... Winteral's ERD Commander booted to where i could see the logo on the desktop and a cursor, but there was nothing to select or anything. It would just do this for hours.... BIOS seems to...

hey guys, Im working on a laptop for a friend; an HP Pavilion dv8000. The computer was given to me at the point where it will give you the option to start normally or enter safe mode. Normal boots dont work, they just stall and end up restarting anyway in the middle of the windows logo...

Critique my build!

depending on how your room is temperature-wise... my room gets hot in the summer, i wonder why :/, and i experience more random shutdowns... im in the market for a zalman cpu fan! nice list.... i especially like the cpu's price. where are you buying these?

a computer that syncs with laptop??

does anyone sync their laptop with their desktop at the office in order to keep the information that was gained on the laptop the same with the desktop, and vice versa? im looking to build a computer that does that.... and am looking for options... has anyone any experience in doing this...

Web Browser doesnt work, but other stuff connects...

i dont know what i did.... i ran adaware and removed 30 some odd files.... i uninstalled the eTrust firewall/antivirus stuff.... and when i rebooted it works... any ideas why it did this?
