I thought you could run a fresh install from the Windows XP "upgrade" CD??

Can Windows XP be installed without a previous version of Windows installed?

I was wondering if this(clean install from upgrade xp cd) was possible also. I will probably go this route, saves $100.

Problems with veloCD 121032A and EZCD Creator

Yeah I tried switch Master/Slave, cables, etc.--no luck. Mine works with NERO at least. Bummer.

Problems with veloCD 121032A and EZCD Creator

Anyone else having problems running EZCD Creator 4.0x burning software using the new 12x VeloCD with JustLink? I can't get it to recognize the burner as a supported CD-recorder. Also see this post. ???

I am wondering if any slot adapters on the market actually regulate voltage. I am trying to upgrade my friends Gateway G6-450, with the Intel Tabor II motherboard. The board only supports 2.0 vcore. I thought I could use a slotket like the MSI MS-6905 Master and manually set the voltage to...

Wondering if anyone has used the Antec KS188 case...

Great case, check the link in my sig for pictures. The case is very similar(identical except for the PS and front bezel) to the Aopen HX08. I recently replaced it with an SX1030.

Poll: Epson 1240 or Canon 1220?

The Epson Perfection 1240U has received some really great reviews. Some reviews mention the Photo version, it's the same but with a photo/negative adapter. Here, here and here.
