Question 5800x3d not hitting 4.5Ghz while gaming

I've got a Lian Li 240mm AIO cooler. Temps hover between 60 and 70 while gaming. I'm hoping to reduce 1% lows in games. I play COD (Now BO6), American Truck Simulator, New World, and Battlefield 2042.

I have not done any overclocking with this CPU at all, but I figured it should at least boost to 4.5 under load for at least one of the cores. I've noticed its not getting there. I see anywhere between 4.3 to 4.4. Are my expectations too high?

Still have Halloween nights in GTA Online.

For some reason I am still getting Halloween lighting at night. I thought the event was supposed to end in November. Anyone else having this issue?

Solved! Possible Dead 3700x?

I did not as I only had one set of DDR4. It turns out that the ram was not the culprit anyway. The CPU was dead most likely because the Asus Prime X470 Pro UEFI bricked it.

IDK. Some reviewers were comparing it to a 911 GT2 with the way it delivers power and handles, and saying it would most likely be cross-shopped with that rather than a Camaro or Challenger. But I guess the question would then be do you consider a 911 GT2 a super car or just a sports car?

AMD Ryzen 3000 Builders Thread

For streaming, does anyone have any information on the differences between 3700x and 3900x on the gamer's side? Will there be noticeably less frame spikes and stutters with the 3900x over the 3700x? Everything I've seen so far has just been 3900x vs 9900k.
