I disabled the on-board audio in bios...
A few things I made sure to do when I built 2 systems (XP Pro SP2 and MCE2005) with this mainboard.
Enable the Parallel port in BIOS whether you need it or not.
Do not use nVidia's IDE drivers. Keep what MS installs.
Leave the Primary IDE connector open and use the Secondary IDE connector...

I used the EZ Flash method for 1205 and it worked just fine.
I just renamed whatever the 1205 bios file was named to A8N32SLI.ROM.
The directions for the AFUDOS method won't work as they describe the steps.
They describe how to make an XP bootable floppy then add the bios util...

I Use WinXP Pro SP2 with 2 x 500GB Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 SATA 3Gb/s 7200RPM 16MB buffer HDDs in a non-RAID config.
I have a third identical drive which is new and unused that I?d like to add and use to dual-boot Vista Beta2.
I do not want Vista to interfere in any way with my XP...
I use 4 of these Seagate 7200.9 HDDs.
2 in each of 2 systems.
2 Antec P180 cases.
Temps are 31 to 36C (stressed).
Case cooling seems to do the job.
