Can a diy PC-based NAS server be somehow connected to another PC via USB like you would any normal external HD or thumb drive? I want to create a multi-disk external storage system that has the flexibility to use ethernet or USB/firewire.
Any comments are appreciated.
The deal was that BB was pricematching a 37" monitor at Fry's. The Fry's monitor wasn't the Westinghouse in question or even 1080P, but BB just took their closest item and made it the same price as the Fry's 37 incher. I don't know why but they only did this in Texas. I'm not complaining...
the sku u listed is an edtv..

however the HP-R4262 model you have is about $2300 shipped to Houston on pricewatch
if you could somehow pull off a 110% pricematch with best buy (they have the HP-R4252 on their website for $3k) this could be a hot deal.
this deal is also in houston. i went to my bb location and they were all sold out, the sales guy also said that every store in houston was sold out. i think they can order you one though.
edit: this is the $1199 deal
