Can't delete file!

Ok, so I was downloading some, umm... educational videos off of KaZaA. One of the videos is just spam advertisements. No problem, I'll just delete it, right? Wrong! It won't let me. When I try to do anything to it, a box pops up that says... "Error Deleting File or Folder. Cannot delete...

Explain this phenomenon

Well, I believe he said that the framerate increased a tiny bit when he enabled anti-aliasing. He is running WindowsXP Home Edition.

Well, I'm sure my friend certainly isn't complaining that his performance is increasing as he cranks up the graphics. Who wouldn't love to have such a "problem"? ;)
