Sapphire warranty fail

I just RMA'ed my 5970 to Sapphire 2 weeks ago. They made me send it to Althon Micro, somewhere in California. They also charged me that $15 "handling fee" which I thought was utter horseshit as well. I've RMA'ed cards to XFX, BFG, EVGA, etc etc and never had to pay anything like that (in...
