hehe. the funny part is too, the Nissan digital Speedo is notorious for not being able to keep up with the actual acceleration of a modified car so the readout is always a little behind :)
Hey Guys,
A few weeks ago I attended a 1/2 mile event in IL and decided to give my Boost Logic 1300x Package Car a rip to shoot for 200mph. Last year I had an issue (still was using the stock crank shaft) and bent the stock crank and only went 198, so I've been chasing a 200+ number in the 1/2...
My guess is it was in large part due to tires and his stupidity. Those tires turn into hockey puck levels of hardness when they don't have heat in them, can be like driving on a very very slick surface especially if it was only 45 out. I found this out once in my older Evo, people kept telling...
For what its worth, I did get tensioner noise from that motor...(I believe its the B6 S4 Audi 4.2 V8), but always told myself, if it explodes...it was cheaper to replace the whole motor. Needless to say, I had 260k on mine and sold it....still running strong to this day!! (2004 B6 Audi S4)
thanks guys!!! and haha damn! didn't know you were here either!!! (ive been here around 16 years, but don't post much anymore!! just a reader on the main site)

You must be driving like a maniac! lol. You should be getting 350miles out of a tank fairly easily (stock tank is 19 gal, and I generally got 15-20mpg when I kept my foot out of it)...
I get about 200miles tops out of a tank...but that's on E85 and 3 fuel pumps. If I keep my foot out of...
Yea, the power curve is definitely narrower than stock, but I only rolled into it in 3rd gear to start (doing some datalogging and looking to get more datapoints/resolution) and I could have easily been in first which would have spooled much much sooner. Also, stock redline is around 7000rpm...
