AMD Athlon64 X2 3800+
ASUS A8N-SLI Premium
4GB OCZ DDR400
XFX GeForce 7800 GTX 256MB

I ended up going with the ASUS A8N-SLI Premium and Athlon X2 3800. The heatpipe was a nice feature as I'm on the 3rd chipset fan on my current board. Thanks for all the quick input guys!

I would highly recommend Crucial. Their memory is really top-notch and I have no complaints with it in my powerbook. I ordered directly from Crucial and it was at my door 2 days later!
