Vista Media Sharing error

Hmmm...I don't see where you can uninstall WMP11 with Vista. I redownloaded WMP11 from MS's site, but it won't let me reinstall it. It's apparently built into the OS, unlike XP. I'm lost.

yeah, I've gone over my services to the point of exhaustion. I don't have anything that screw up my sharing services. I use AVG Antivirus, which is the only program I use in the background, i've removed that just to try it out, that of course did nothing. Vista has been one headache after...

EA copy protection taken to new heights

Online activation is pointless and will only be a hindrance to legit players, not the illegitimate azzholes freeloading. There's too many idiots downloading PC Games and not paying for them, period. The attach rate on PC sux ballz and the money handlers at these big publishing companies...

Vista Media Sharing error

I have a major problem with my Vista 32 installation when I try to share my media with my Xbox 360. When I get to the screen to enable the devices to share with, I get the error : "windows media player network sharing service stopped working and was closed" I've looked all over the web...

Hey, is anyone else having a problem installing Vista on the their P5E Board? I can't for the life of me figure out what's wrong. Vista won't detect any of my HDD's, even after setting them to AHCI or IDE mode. It just terminates the installation with an error saying it needs to be restarted...

I'm about to shoot myself. I've been trying to get friggin Vista installed on my P5E mobo which has the X38 chipset. Although the board has RAID, I'm using my HDD's(500 gig 7200rpm Barracuda) in standard IDE mode in the BIOS and for my currecnt XP install. I keep getting an error when it looks...
