Visioneer 8100 USB scanner -$6.00 (plus tax) after PM & MIR

[Decent?] Proview 17" CRT Monitor - $90 w/ rebate @ CC

<< I got a proview too and it sucks compared to brand name like sony, samsung. It is grade C, very crappy to people who are used to high quality stuff. Look at the back, and it say made in China. hee, go figure. know what's sad, even compaq monitor is better then proview in term of picture...

these ba$tards email me again, and said if I don't reply by 1/22, they would cancel my order by law (what law??? anybody ever heard about this???) I told them to go to hell and fulfill the order ASAP. I have nothing to lose for waiting.

Can You Kill an XP 1600+ by using an underpowered (250 watt) PS?

<< First of all wrong forum, please lock! Secondly, Your processor is fried. You MUST install the heatsink properly and have it on the correct way!!! I cannot stress this enough. A chip of that speed is rated at about 3 seconds without the fan on correctly or with no fan at all! Trust me...

<< Sounds like you've tried a lot of things already. I would make sure the motherboard is not grounding out on the case. Assuming you have metal motherboard standoffs, make sure you have them in the right location and no extras. You can also try removing your motherboard from the case and...
