SCSI Question!

Are you building a server or a desktop machine? If this is to be a production, medium to high load sever than scsi is the only way to go. For a home machine you will see absolutely no real-world improvements with scsi drives. Please refer to the following article for more details. Link

You should use the 'Custom Installation Wizard' fromt the MS Office 2000 resource kit. If you don't have access to the resource kit you can try using WinInstall LE to take before and after 'snapshots'. WinInstall LE can be found on the 2000 server CD or downloaded from MSs site.
