Help computer dies and restarts randomly

Epox 8K7A no cold boot

no I hit power, fans turn on, harddrive active, everything just no monitor signal or POST, I have to hit reset after to get it to actually POST. Power and reset are not switched cause you can turn a comp on by hitting reset.

Epox 8K7A no cold boot

Hi I just got my refurb epox 8k7a board from newegg and it doesnt cold boot at all, I have to hit reset and only then will it boot. Even reseting through windows it will not boot, just no post and no monitor signal. I have to power down and then power up and then hit reset before system starts...
