Not a deal, just MSRP. Battery life promised around 10 hours, much less than iPod. I have another question, can it be used as USB drive as iPod can? If not, then iPod wins.

This deal had extra $50 rebate to $0 phone price. So even if the rebate didn't come, the deal looks good. One thing stopped me - 2 years contract.

Indeed, most of public computers have USB blocked, so being completely anonymous is quite difficult. Anyway, what their business model? Do they report about people who are worrying about own privacy too much?
