Fragmented Internet???

Pics don't finish loading, radio streams buffer every 7+ secs, and downloads never go complete. What's wrong with my internet? I use comcast cable and a linksys BEFW11S4 router. I though it had to do with wireless but even on a computer that's direct connetcted same problems occur. My theory is...

Penn State Highlight Reel...
