The black and greys seem a little dodgy, especially if there's a black background and some grey elements on the screen.
Also, I have brightness set to really low and the screen still seems quite bright to me and almost hurts my eyes. I guess that's because I've been staring at the same murky...
Well, I got the SyncMaster 931C and while it looks nice in games, I'm not overly happy with how it displays movies. I'm not sure if I have it configured correctly because I couldn't find any profiles but I did try to follow the instructions in the first post.
The BenQ was one I had been looking at earlier but it seems relatively cheap. If more money gets me better quality, I'm willing to do it. I wouldn't want to pay much over 400 euros though.
You probably won't understand much of it but the basic info should be clear!

They do seem to have some LGs but another one I've been looking at is SyncMaster 931C because I've read that it's supposed to be better than the B thingie...
Does anyone know if SyncMaster 931BF is any good for gaming and movies? I'm getting the monitor from a specific shop and they didn't have any of the top ones listed in the first post. :(
I'm looking for a 17-19 inch display if anyone has other recommendations. Thanks in advance!
