In my case i found a while ago that it was the RAM clocks that were affecting the USB Tuner. Testing an overclocking to 4GHz with 160 Bclock had the tuner working flawlessly as long as the ram is kept within factory specs (less or equal to 1600 Mhz in my case). Pushing it to 1700 for example...

Cant get it to pass 240 FSB. Memory goes higher but cant get the CPU to work @ 250 no matter how low i set the memory (all low, command rate, timings, dividing etc)
