ha! don't think we were seeing graphics like this back in 2006. arma 3 may not have the greatest textures, which is to be expected considering the sheer size of the maps, but it more than makes up for it in lighting and other things,imo. and some textures do look pretty good...

would have to disagree with them. bioshock infinite, batman arkham city, and even the latest xcom game (the bureau) look better, imo. actually, xcom declassified looks magnificent, and is quite possibly the best looking UE game,imo, save for some low resolution textures. blacklist looks...

SMAA is free AA and it looks better than MSAA

as many others have mentioned already, SSAA/SGSSAA is the only true solution. SSAA + SMAA = win.
