I've never known a Hi-Val drive that was reliable, there's always something wrong An 8x cdrom i had way back when was just a hunk of junk, and my friend has a 2x Hi-Val burner that's always been temperamental

IOMEGA zip upgrade - Lukewarm deal for ZIP100 owners

Does anybody know if Iomega makes an internal ZIP 250 SCSI? They don't list it on their site, but then again, they don't list the internal ZIP 100 SCSI, which I happen to have.

Cool find, too bad about the reseller part. BTW, the 19.50 is only if you purchase 4 or more, if you purchase 1-3 they're 22.25, not that that's bad either.:D

Mushkin 512mb any good? compared to micron?

I've heard many many good things about Mushkin Memory....have a friend that swears by it.

Hot!!... System builder... at the geeks... $68 shipped

Doesn't look too bad, might have to jump on this, my parents have been wanting to upgrade from they're 200MMX, and even though they don't need the new keyboard and mouse, the total is about the same as the cost of just a case. The only really bad thing is it only has a 250W power supply:frown:.

I looked all over their online catalog and didn't see that package. BTW, the site is www.logicbox.com I did notice that they sell to both USA and Canada, and all their nicely rounded prices (i.e. 10.95) are in Canadian dollars. So, if anyone can ever find this kit on the site, it might end up...
