I was just trying to load a video article and it totally hung up on the detonator.dynamitedata etc. Googled it and found this link! Haha. Anyway, it still seems to be causing slowdowns.

I'll be pretty pissed if the brand-new product I bought that they admit is defective is replaced by a refurb. If it's "not that severe" then they can pony up, do the right thing and give out new replacements to those "few" people that want them. I'm still waiting to hear Dell's official...

The consensus seems to be wait - this is a problem across all monitors (some a little more and some a little less, but always present), and a replacement is not going to do you any good. See Ryan Norton's posts and others.

Correct. The Phase setting is only valid for when I had it set up with VGA. That was only a few hours when I was setting up the Dell box, all screens and such are from DVI.
